These types of surgeries leave a woman with no feeling in her nipples whatsoever, and also make it so she will never be able to breast feed. Now why anyone would want to do this to themselves just so they can look a little better with clothes on is beyond me....I just don't get it. IMO, that qualifies as mutilation.
