rbender
I dont beleive that the SS would really support the weight of a snow plow up front. You would have to beef up the front suspension. The truck might even sit too low for one. You would also probably have to trim some of the plastic up front. I have three trucks with snow plows at y house and they are all F350s, when the plow is put on the front the plow bracket is only a couple of inches off the ground. My buddy has a 2500HD and he had to trim some of the front to fit the plow bracket on. I highly recommend not even trying to put one on your truck. SSplaytoy
If you put a snow plow on the front of an SS, there would be nothing to show. You would have a nice truck with shit stuck in the front.
GEAR M UP
I don't think a front mount plow would work well on the SS...... You could do a rear mount snow plow......SuperPlow

GEAR M UP
thats is by far the most retarded thing ive ever seen <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why does that not surprise me........ I think its a great idea for guys that have mid-long drive ways.....If you pay $75+ to get your driveway plowed every time it snows 2", it pays for itself off really quick...... zippy
i wouldn't let the dealer see a plow on an SS. not even sure how you'd get that mounted without removing the front fascia. as for bolting one up, it would be just like buying one for a normal silverado 1500. What'd ya say we bolt one of those to your truck?
