spottedmango
OK, not sure if any of you are into Japanese imports. For those that are hardcore into imports, you should know about the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) power folding mirrors that EVERYONE tries to get for their Civics, 240sx, etc. I just found out tonight that we had it on our trucks! Thought I'd share.

spottedmango
........ Gime me a break! I thought it was cool...... See, in Asia, the purpose of the mirrors are there because parking are very tight. What's funny is that no one will ever have a car as big as the SS......... In any event, I'd like some bubbly! Dylan06SS
I hope you're sitting down when you read this one.............. THE REAR VIEW MIRROR DISPLAYS TEMPERATURE & DIRECTION!!! Just givin' ya a hard time... to be honest I didn't know the truck came w/ that feature. Its nice to have since I have a very cramped garage, but I didn't know untill I read the owners manual. haynss
i believe the mirrors also angle down when in reverse for those that dont know how to drive. Or maybe thats my other car
DaGeorge
I have a very cramped garage, but I didn't know untill I read the owners manual. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have to use them if i ever park in the garage at my moms house. definatly not designed for a full size. The salesman told me about them when I got the truck. I thought it was pretty cool. George
SPEEDCRAVIN
I love that feature on our trucks. I use it every time it is parked. It is now just a habit that is done everytime I get out. JOSH

TA219
yep, i just have to do it the manual way (reach out and pull em in ) i really have no idea honestly. How do you do it ?? I just figured out that i have side impact airbags the other day so it wouldnt suprize me if there were more functions i didnt know about
DaGeorge
You just put the mirror controll in the middle position, the little mirror led lights up and you push on the right side of the button. If you had them and pulled them in manually all the time you would know it. My friend pushed one in "manually" once and I could have beat the Hell out of him. It sounded like it snapped somethin off. But they still work so I couldnt be too pissed. George
