supraman
"trendgear" on ebay has taken my money. I overnighted it to him and the money was recv'd the nextday. He claims he has not gotten the money and still has not. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...mMakeTrack=true I don't want this to happen to anyone else.....he sells a lot of car parts and acces. on ebay. I have reported him to all the necessary authorities, but more than likely nothing will be done. If anyone knows some good revenge tactic I am not aware of let men know. I am going to be flying out there more than likely. I ahve a hard time letting someone screw me.
smit
Check out this guy's feedback history. He's got tons of negative feedback. I think I would have been leery of dealing with him. He does a high volume, but leaves alot of people unhappy.

cwest94
My aunt had problems once with someone on ebay. She got a car and sent a overnight money order for 8 thousand dollars, and didn't get the car. She tried to fight but was not able to do a thing. edessa
Check and see if he cashed the money order and if not see if you can stop payment. If he did cash it get the proof in writing from the bank or where ever you got the M.O. made and head out to Cali. for some blood. Good luck. spottedmango
hey, Just putting in my .02. I have been ebaying for a long time now. Seeing from his feedback, it does not appear that he's a scammer. Have you tried to contact them? You need to track the money order or whatever for of payment you used. Is he willing to work with you on this? Feedback is everything and tell you the truth, I honestly do not think he will screw someone over less then $200 in exchange for a bad rep on his ebay business. TurbochargedBerserker
Contact the FBI's IFCC (internet fraud division). They specifically investigate cases like this (or at least say they do on their website).
Buyfire
i recently learned the hard way to NEVER send a money order to anyone you don't know personally. i purchased wheels from a company in cali (dynamic tire&wheel) and promptly got fu**ed out of all my money. western union has NO fraud protection and will not help you. hope all goes well with you and you're not dealing with a scammer. Nightshift
This guy has good feedback, I wouldn't think he'd be out to screw someone for a few hundred dollars. Get the proof of delivery from the post office and contact him. If you overnited then someone signed for it. I don't think you'll have a problem resolving this.
