sswolfpac
which header gives the best gains, and are they all 50 state legal
HDMLNIUM
I have the Dynatech longtubes and really like them. Not to sure on which is the best but I personally would choose them in this order.. Dynatech, Tog, then Edelbrock But that is just my opinion.. m396 #00-011
DynaTech will show the most gains out of that group. The TOG's are mid length, and the E's are only shorties I think. ;)
sswolfpac
to somewhat answer my question, dynatech just e-mail me back and sais they are not 50 state legal, that sucks cause they looked good on the wb site. will that bother me getting an inspection sticker if they are not 50 state legal
bigbas101
Are the TOG's 50 state legal? and where can i get 'em the cheapest
qwank
hey wolf. i work at chevy of lowell and one of the techs has a set of used edelbrock shorties for a 6.0L he probbly dosen't want to much for them. only thing is they are off an older engine with egr but you could always plug the hole (i did it when i removed my EGR) i know they are 50 state legal, he has the C.A.R.B. sticker with them. so if you want to save some cash let me know. BTW , were you in there a few weeks ago getting the tailgate cables replaced?

marc_w
I just tossed in my Dynatech's and cats. From what I was told about MA here - they don't really care if you have them or not. As long as you have something that looks like cats under there - you're okay. Qwank - would these headers be a problem for your inspections? I just got my sticker the other day (before headers), I don't think the guy even popped the hood.
