Trading my supercharger 🥺

Hey guys. I have an 03 Silverado ss. I supercharged it back in 2010, put a brand new magnusen kit on it. Couple weeks ago I was having misfires. Turns out cylinders 7 and 8 are toast. Found a guy who will rebuild my motor if he can have the supercharger. Valued it at $2500. Does this seem like a fair deal. I really have no idea what a used magna charger is worth. And am just wanting some outside opinions. Thanks for some input.

What model is it? If it’s the mp112 then it’s a decent trade I think.
