SSplaytoy
I think it's like 88 bucks for the outside and 120 for the middle piece. I got a deal on shipping because I hesitated to order and the guy said he would hook it up with shipping.

SSplaytoy
Bazo B4 do come in 22's and mounting the ps2 was really easy. It is the one that opens on top. All I did was dremel out part of the bottom of the glove box out so the wires can go to the playstation. The power inverter is under my passenger seat and all the wires and 8.5 volt adapter that comes with it runs through the center console so you can't see 'em. As for the tailgate, I never opened it much anyway. Especially with the tonneau. I wanted to be different with the plate, so I put it there. I am thinking of going to the dealer to get the new tailgate cables just to see what they will say.
