New rear bumper

From the insurance money, I found this never used 2005 silver painted bumper. The owner of the bumper bought his 05 new and took this bumper off for a lift-gate. I was lucky enough to snag it from Craig's list. I've always wanted to color math my rear bumper. However, I heard a lot of cons about painting chrome. So, I looked & looked & I looked for an OEM painted one. I think I'm gonna powder coat it if we can match a powder to victory red.
