Complete kit, as in everything you need to bolt on and go, just the way it came from Magnacharger. About a year old, about 12,000-13,000 miles. Has the upgraded tensioner and has a 2.8 pulley on it. Also have a 3.1 pulley to go with it. Comes with the original handheld programmer but don't know if the vin lock can be changed.
