i would love to have one but im ok with my stock and that kinda money could go to performance as far as im concerned

any idea what engine is in that thing i wonder how hard that thing pulls

why didnt you change your push rods, i put the 7.400 comp rods in mine when i did my cam and i used the comp beehive springs and what are the specs on that cam?

well to be honest i dont know what a upgraded coverter will feel like, i notice the gain in high rpm and yesterday i barked the tires going into second gear and thats the first time its done that i think it will be alot faster off the line with a converter but ill let you know when i get it in.

well thanks for all the complements guys and yes those are the specs in my sign all the details are in a post called "got the cam in" lots of power gain and im using 918 springs and 7.400 rods from comp.Dyno says shes put 382.5 rwhp but i havnt had an opp. to go to the strip yet so ill be fillin ya in when i get the chance, it will be at houston raceway park in baytown TX. thanks agian yall and she sounds a hell of alot meaner in person.

hey bro i just put a cam in my truck and its a big one too, 600 lift, now your truck will be different and the mods are different but my mpg went up about 1 or 2 mpg and as far as hp well lets just say you need to read the post that says " got new cam in" and its all in there not to mention a half way decent sound clip of it.

ordered 3 one etched glass big one flat black big and a reflective black small (for under the hood)

i have to save up some money for the move back home in may, then after that and my job gets goin good well upgrade some more and more. but right now the way it is is goin to have to do. but when we do i guess ill save up for that 3200 -3400 converter and then you can talk me into some heads and intake.

so your sayin that what the truck is doin now is nothing compared to what its gunna do when i get the converter in? what converter should i use i know thats kind of a loaded question but i mean with my mods and nitrous in the future what would yall use?

i know this is extremely off subject but i love the volant box cover with the ss silverado on it where did you get that or did you make it????

thanks man and you know you are probably right there really is no way of knowing but the 260 is probably wrong somehow, im really not worried or interested in what the dyno wants to tell me, im interested in what the track time says you know.

hey guys im sorry i missed all the action. i didnt mean to cause a rage or anything, and im not lying its not a typo.the last time we dynoed it it was bone stock with a tune ONLY then i brought it home put LTs flowmasters volant cai 160 tstat no cats and the cam, then after we finished installing the cam we retuned it and thats the numbers the same dyno put up. like tyler said its only numbers on a dyno i was just filling yall in on what the dyno told me what the difference was. when i get my stall converter i will take it to te track and see for sure, a track dont lie. dynos could be off, but we are telling you the truth and truthfully there is a big difference in the ride, its alot fast than before. havnt raced anything yet but for sure i will let you know when i get a good kill. im sorry if this pissed anyone off. like i said ill have sound clips asap

hey guys just got back from oklahoma where my cousin tyler, some of you might know him by dirt_track_racer81 on performancetrucks.net, anyways i went from 260 rwhp to 382.5 rwhp and i love it, it sounds amazing he did an awesome job on the tune which took forever by the way. but im very happy with it. just wanted to share, oh and as soon as i can get my stupid camera to work i will definitly post some sound clips i think yall are gunna like it too.

i agree thats the finishing touch on your truck, i had that side exhaust on my 05 5.3 and the only thing i didnt like was when you had your windows dont stopped at a light or something it sounded like it was the car or truck next to you instead of yours.
