That is one sick car but i drove the new Z06 and still would go with that car it is f'ing unbelievable.

Headlights is hands-down one of the hardest but best mods - $40 and a weekend, read the posted how-to. A 2/3 drop will leave a 1" rake which is perfect IMO and remember that you can still adjust the torsion bars down another 1/2" if need-be; since you have a 2005 the Belltech spindles are probably the correct ones but you're going to have to double-check as you've got one of the bastard '05 AWD trucks, I believe that you cannot use the McGaughys because of the redesigned/better lower ball joint & brakes. And there is little fear of rubbing with stock-height tires (32" to 32.5" tall).

I found a set of rims but i don't know if i need 12mm or 14mm offset and also with a 2/3 drop what size tires should i run.

I saw a couple of guys with amber deletes done and it looks sick. I'm curious as to how it is done and how much it cost. Also i am going to install a 2/3 drop with belltech 2" drop spindles, groundforce torsion keys, belltech 3" drop leaf springs. Is this going to give me a raked look or will it be close to level and will i have any trouble with rubbing with 22's. Thanks for any help.

Welcome aboard, nice looking truck. Is your R6 stock or is it modded, i have a R6 too modded out for motoGP racing. Anyways welcome to the site and congrats on the truck.

Here are a few pics of my SSS, its pretty much stock except for a billet grille and magnaflow exhaust. I am selling my R6 though and using the money to get a 2/3 drop, 22's either eagle 026 or boss 313 haven't decided, installing two kicker 12's with pioneer dvd/nav, and a custom tune.

I am stationed in Pearl harbor HI right now and been trying to find some fellow SSS members. Anyone happen to be out on the damn island.

I got my SS in july 2006 and had tons of plans for mods and upgrades but i am in the military (Navy on a submarine) and every since i have gotten my SS we have been getting sent out and i haven't had much time to play with the SS. Anyways i have been member since the beginning of the year and have seen the sick trucks you guys have. The only mods i have done so far is a t-rex billet grille and dualed out magnaflow exhaust. Any ideas and suggestions for helping me make it look even better and faster would be great. I need your opinions though i have a 2004 Yamaha R6 Raven that is stupid fast and very clean, my freinds say i should sell it and use the money on the SS. The bike is crazy fast and modded to the max and i love racing it but i love the SS, see my problem. What would you do?

Awesome truck man. I'm curious though what drop do you have on it? I've been deployed and haven't been able to play with my SS but i am back and about to drop it. Really like the way yours is sitting.
