I was thinking maybe silver stripes with a red outline or some ghost stripes as you guys say but ghost flames inside the stripes. Something wicked and crazy that's all I know.

 

I have done a few mods but nothing crazy yet. I am thinking STS. This is my DD so as long as it stays in that realm somewhat I am happy. I ordered up some stereo equipment to start playing with next weekend I hope. Either 1 or 2 Kicker L7 in the truck and a bunch of dynomat.

I ordered the Camaro 10-18-08 and it was delivered 6-8-09.

The dealer installed the orange stripes but I already took them off. I am going to have some painted on. The first time I saw another black camaro with the orange stripes I went home and ripped mine off. I suck like that. LOL

 

The first pics are on delivery day and the other set is when I picked it up after the stripes were installed. I got newer pictures but this is all I have on my facebook and it is soo easy to just link off of.

Anyone notice that spare tire is "not desired by customer" when ordering. I just thought it was funny.

 

I didn't know about the other options through parts like the shorty headers. Gonna have to look into that!

 

Congrats on everyone else that got their orders in. So far they all sound sick! I am excited to see what the trim package is going to look like. A red trim package would look sweet too I think.

Not to sound redundant. Lower that bad boy (unless of course you like it riding high). Bumper looks sweet. Love the license plate placement. Maybe do a fill on the reat bumper to smooth it out and paint it red to match the front.

you know where the testing for these would be right, denver, death valley, and probably somewhere near Houston... so get a spy sat and watch it 24-7 and then we'll know for sure.. besides the vortec-max was a little disappointing, as was the new duramax, even the new 1500 with the duramax will be disapointing b/c of the tree huggers, i mean EPA... so they better find some way to stop letting the truck market down or they'll be in the same boat as the swear word... ford

 

I would wait and see about the new 1500 with a dmax. If it is that new 4.8 they got it looks promising. Last I saw was around 250hp and 500ft-tq. Might be nice and then again might end up crap once it is installed.

There is that new Home Defense stuff at Lowes that works awesome. Just spray it around all doors and windows (on the outside) and it keeps them out. We have a lot in the country and it keeps them out of mine. Better than our pest man.

 

If you want just have a company come out and spray inside. Your house will smell like root beer for a day or so though. LOL
