my truck isnt lowered. That drop looks like a 3/4 but could be a lil more. I dont think that much of a drop would effect it that much but I could be wrong. When they pulled the yoke out of the transfer case. did it have a groove wore in it?

check that bushing, er...you may want to have a shop check that bushing. Thats what was allowing mine to leak

not sure about that one as I had my truck tuned by someone else. Maybe some of the guys that are a little more familiar with hptuners and tuning in general will chime in here

yeah If you didnt tune for the headers then your going to throw codes. Get a custom PCM tune and have your post cat sensors disabled and that should solve your problem.
