Have some exhaust manifolds off my 04 SSS will take 110.00 for them no cracks dents nothing perfect!

Man that exhaust sounds good man nice muscular tone to it! Matter of fact it almost sounds like mine but mine might be a tad louder with headers and no cats.

Yea man go for the Stainless OBX Long Tube headers with stainless mid pipes! You wont be disapointed dude trust me they are just like buying thousand dollar dynas but with off road mid pipes! I love mine the fit was excelent and I have AWD Now it's time to take her to Benbrook lake tommorow for some camping on Mustang Island this saturday Sunday

I use Chevron Techron treatment. Seems to be pretty good.

Got a Motoblue set with the overdrive alt pulley for 120.00 shipped new! When I do the cam install I will use these and get it all tuned will se how it turns out.

Yea I hear ya I will make sure he does it right and dergees it I already have a degree wheel and dial indicator so we will degree it so we can make sur we advance the cam 4 degrees exact.

Well I thought like with a degree wheel no? My machanic knows how to install prety close to staigt up.

Well I might like what a 3000 stall is probably the max I want to go as I plan on advancing the cam about 3-4 degrees.

Well got the parts ordered ASA cam kit and LS6 springs from scoggy dickens and a Manley double adjustable timing set from thunder racing. Now I need to find a TBTC.

I decided that I am going with the GM ASA 226/236 .525 .525 cam,LS6 springs, TBTC and getting it tuned at Simple Quick racing here in Benbrook Texas. Got bit by the bug and cant wait to get it installed. Will the Crane cams adjustable timing chain work also? This cam sounds mean with low lift can wait to here the SS idling Will be about three months before I get all the parts and my machanic to install but just thought I would post up.

Oh and be prepared to get some Spark plug wire protector sleves for the OBX's at least four two for the rear driver side for shure LOL & two for the front two pasenger or you will have some melted wires!

LOL Man It is worth the gain on the OBX headers for shure man these things fit my 04 AWD like frigen a glove man I culden't belive it! As far as the hastle I dont know it took me all day today to install these & seized stock collector bolts ect was a pain . I just got my saw a cut off the old stuff used copper SCE header gaskets stock header bolts with thredlocker and bolted them in coming up through the bottom! Re adjusted my Borla and bolted up the rest of the pipes to it no clerance issued WHAT SO EVER no tuching the frame or driveshaft! The real pain is the back rear driver side header bolt & spark plug & damn spark plug wire I went out for the first drive and this thing is a beast now man I love it. Huge SOTP gain now I need to get it tuned smells really rich. Hope this helps other people out on the fitament & quality of these.
