  1. Do you have any pics of the set on the truck. Im curious how they would look.

    Thanks

COMPLETE SET OF 4 wheels. 3 of the wheels were on the burned SS and were NOT affected at all. Look NEW. Those 3 tires have less than 5,000 miles. The 4th tire/wheel was damaged so i bought new tire and wheel to replace so the set is complete. 285/45/22 tires. wheels are 22"x 9.5". $1000 plus shipping for wheels, $1400 for wheels/tires plus shipping.

WANT THESE OUT OF THE GARAGE NOW.....................PRICE REDUCED.....>$800 plus shipping for wheels only. This picture is wheels taken off and stored. Will put a good shine on them. The 4th wheel will be brand new, never mounted.

  2. So right now Im running the STS kit on a stock engine. I've decided to go with a 408 stroker kit and have my engine built from top to bottom. Im planning on staying with the STS but maybe upgrading from the 67 to a 76. My tranny is solid but I keep hearing about people moving up to the 4L80. Does anyone have any insight to how much the swap cost and the work involved. Im also looking for any recommendations or advice with this and if anyone has a similar setup, what kinds of results are you seeing? Thanks

  3. I recently swapped the stock hood on my 03 Silverado SS with a Cowl hood. I had the hood painted about 8 months ago. Its in excellent condition. Just sitting around collecting dust. I would prefer to sell to someone here in SOCAL so I dont have to deal with shipping. Im asking $250 OBO +shipping if needed. I really just want to get rid of it so make me an offer. Thanks :chevy:

I havent really looked into dropping my truck yet but I would like to. Whats the install like on that kit. Is it something I should take to a shop to have installed?

  5. I bought this HS converter about 6 months ago. I probably had it in my truck a week and ran it once on the 1/8th mile. I decided to go a different direction with it and took it out and its been sitting in the box ever since. I purchased it from Monster Transmissions for $350 racetransmissions.com if you want to check them out.

Im asking $200 OBO +shipping :chevy:

  6. Im getting my cowl hood put on next week and Im looking to get rid of my stock one. It's Arrival Blue, recently painted about 4 months ago because of a nasty scratch. I also have a pair of stock tail lights and and pair of clear LED tail lights.

    - Im asking $300 OBO for the hood and would prefer a local buyer so I dont have to deal with shipping. But if it comes down to it I can ship it if you cover it.

    - $75 OBO for LED tail lights (several scuff marks from storage) +shipping

    - $75 for Stock tail lights (Good Condition) +shipping

Where are you located in SOCAL. Anywhere near San Diego? Im interested if you are in driving distance.

  8. I kind of screwed up my rear bumper so I was thinking of replacing it with a nice roll pan. If anyone is trying to get rid of one that will fit my 03 SSS please hit me up. Or if you got recommendations for one. I see that there was a group by for those BSER roll pans last month. Does anyone know where to order from. Thanks

  9. Well I havent been to the races in a while since I screwed my tranny up. But I got my transmission beefed up and I would like to see what it can do. So if anyone is in the area and wants to go hit me up. :chevy:

the weekend of the 14-15th ill be there both days as well as some other sss.com members

on the 14th its only 20 bucks to run and you will get 3-4 runs the whole day.

or you can sign up now and go on the 15th and run as many times as you want but cost is 115.

either way man you should see what that thing can do , that thing should pull harder in the last eighth.

Yo, I would love to come out but Im heading home to Florida on the 13th. But definitly the next time something like this is happenning, Ill be there. I think your right about pulling harder in the last 1/8th. It seems to be just opening up at the end of the 1/8th at Qualcomm.
