. hows everything on ur end? truck still running good?Something pulling power while its off, I've heard of the radio doing that I think.
i have a aftermarket nav. dont know how to check if its pullin power off that.
i had the same problem in my 01 silverado and autozone kept saying my alternator was fine but dad told me to change it so i did and it fixed it just a thought?
if im gonna do that in need a higher rated alternator and not the stock one..... i forgot what th rating was for the non stock one anyone know?
i think it has something to do with a parasitic draw...... looked it up online but i need to hook up a multi-meter and start pulling fuses.. and look into what system is drawing power.. it could also be my autostart/alarm system cuz its not working as it should it doesnt make any chirping noises anymore.... when i lock / unlock and i have no clue where my alarm is located cuz it already was on it when i bought it lol

i keep charging the battery and even have gotten like 3 new battery's from auto zone (all free cuz of warranty) and same thing every morning or like 1-2 days after not turning the vehicle on its dead. just wondering what the hell is going on with my truck?
i checked the alternator and its working fine.

Last week I was surfing on the net for some parts. I came across with some person selling the rear fenders or quater panels from a 99-06 Silverado stepside or sportside. This person was selling the left & the right panel from a Z71 stepside, black in color. For some reason I can't find this seller or the rear fenders. I don't know if I founded on eBay or Craigslist and I can't go into my history mode, because I delete everything. I've searching for the panels for hours, but not luck, so far. I guess I might going to need extra eyes. Please help find this seller or the panels. Your help is greatly appreciated it.

only reason i got it was so the stupid lights would stop dimming when i had my music up

Hey guys! Sorry I am not on here much anymore. I don't have much access to the Net at home, so I only get online at work. WhiSSle is down for a bit, I had the oil pump fail. I am planning on goin thru the motor in April and have it up and runnin again for the show season. I have some things up my sleeve to tweek her a little bit. Nothing major but just some small attention to detail things.
That's what leads me to this post. I want to offer you guys an inexpensive opportunity to get your interior lighting, gauges, switches, heater controls etc, all changed to LEDs and in the color you want. I am doing mine in Blue to match my Alpine Radio and be a little easier on the eyes. I will NOT be doing the factory radios. There is just too much involved with them. Here is the plan. If you local to me, I will take the interior apart and do them while you wait, these will take me 4-5 hours to do. Otherwise, you can ship them to me, I will make the changes and make sure all is up and working properly before I ship them back to you. My price for this is 250$, including shipping back to your address. My expected turn around will be a weekend. I will ship them out on Monday mornings once completed.
Also, I am, as always, offering audio and remote starters as well as alarms installed if you are in my area. I am more than willing to come to you if its reasonable distance. Contact me with any questions you might have on any of these.
Also I am offering suede headliners, this includes the suede, the labor to remove and reinstall them, as well as prep and refinishing of your factory "Tan" panels so they match your suede color choice. I have enough for 2 charcoal suede headliners right now, if you are interested. They match our interiors perfectly.
If you have any other ideas, I am more than willing to look into it. ex: gauge pods, custom interior panels, custom audio design and installs, any sort of electrical you can think of, I am up for it!
I hope to meet more of you soon, as life is lookin up, and I am finally getting caught up from my east coast move and enjoying life once again!!

hm...... ur about 4-5 hours away from me.... i would be interested in the interior LED swap (maybe red... maybe blue cant make up my mind). and if u could pm me what the cost is of the suede headliner..... tnx bro probably thinking of doing this mid spring if thats kool.....

You have 30 days to change your Registration from AK to MA, once you "Officially" make residence in Massachusetts.
You have 0 days to change your License from AK to MA, once you make the move. (Usually give you the same 30 day grace period as registration, eventhough the law does not state a timeframe.)
Window tint is 35% or great on the front two doors, as long as you have two functioning side (door) mirrors. The remaining windows can be as dark as you want, as long as you meet the mirror statue. (BTW ... Its a $250.00 fine for window tint, and depending on how the officer is, he can actually write you per window if you push your luck.)
Window tint can only be 6" down from the top of the windshield, and as dark as you want. - (See fine above if you go over 6")

Kool tnx guys ima start troubleshooting this 2moro since im off. sucks cuz i have been hookin up a charger to the bat over night just to make sure it doesnt die on me in the mornings lol.
if i cant figure it out ill just take it to a shop. inb4theyrapemywallet lol
