Well, Ive got all my stuff together and now its time to get it done. Tommorow night Im dropping my truck off at my tuners shop so he can put my nitrous kit on for me. Ive had the kit for a while but recently Ive decided to go ahead and put it on. My kit has a bottle warmer with a NX fire and ice controller, an ignition and nitrous controler, and a LS1 throttle body plate which I just recieved today. The only reason Im not doing the install and having someone else do it is because he does very very nice work of hiding all the lines and heatshrinking the wiring plus hes gonna put it on a wideband to retune it with the spray. Im also getting a Vigilante 2800 put on as well. Now for the apperence side of things. Recently I bought the lowering kit off of Vettepro (great guy to deal with ). Ill be putting that on and Ill be putting on my new projector beam headlights along with clear blinker housings. I will also be redoing my tails as well (the sparkles just arent happing but hey I was curious what can I say). Ill be posting pictures as soon as all of this "hopfully" fine work is done.

They will not work. The pattern on a Trailblazer SS are 6x5'' and the Denalis pattern is 6x5.5"

Ive had some pictures of my truck at night and ive finally got a picture of my tails during the day. The sparkles in the tails are only visible in broad daylight when you look right at them.

Ive had Alpine headunits in every vehicle ive owned, that about 10. I personally have not had a single problem with Alpine, so i would say go with it.

Im for sure going unless somthing earthstopping happens. Im putting my drop on this week and I found someone to put my nitrous on for me this week as well. I would do the nitrous but I have a controller box to retard the timing and activate the happy juice, plus hes my tuner so I trust him with my baby.

Oct 7th. @ 10am. Is that to early for you guys. That would give us an hour or so to shoot the bull and what not before Chilis opens then we can go eat. After that we will take our cruise to George Rays. Btw if you drink you can pick up your beverage of choice before we go to the track because they allow drinking. Hopefully I'll have my drop on my truck and I'm having thoughts of going ahead and putting the nitrous on since I already have the kit. SemoSS: how much did you give for your NXplate if you dont mind me asking?

I didnt notice that that weekend was a holiday weekend. I would love for as many people to come as possible, so pOop and Prestoar do yall think it would be possible to make it out the following Sunday.

I actually dont think it would be a problem to change it to Sunday. It may be even better cause George Rays Dragstrip is on Sundays. Hmm....Meet and the dragstrip sounds cool as hell in my book. I think it would be a fun drive from Jonesboro to Paragould, which is roughly 30minutes away, with a bunch of SS's rollin in a convoy. If you havent been to George Rays the price to get in is under $10 and it doesnt cost anything to race. As far as what time Chilis opens on Sundays I'll have to check on that. For some reason I've been craving Chilis like a convict craves freedom. Like I said I'm open to your ideas and opinions for this.

If this is the case I wonder if there is anyway that you could put a small capacitor on it much like you would use for an amp so you would have a constant voltage.

If anyones interested in attending this meet it will be at the Turtle Creek Mall (right behind Chilis) in Jonesboro Arkansas on Saturday Sept. 29th. So far we have a rough guess of 10 people local with Silverado SS's and Trailblazer SS's that may be attending. We will set a time whenever it gets closer for this thing to happen.
