There is a website that I went to that talks about the WIZ kits that he was selling. It is http://comicvcd.com. I am not sure if this is the original manufacturer of the WIZ kits, but they do sell the same ballast, so worse case I could get one from them for $49.99 and I wouldn't be out a whole new kit. Hopefully they respond to my email.

Yep definately burned out. I took the cover off and the IC is burnt. Also, a couple of places on the board are burned. It sucks I never even got to use the kit. It just tempted me with one side working because it looked awesome!!

Hey bgdsub72, just got around to installing the kit that you sent me and right when I plugged in the driver's side it worked great, no problems, but then I plug into the passenger's side and no light. Come to find out that the ballast has burnt out internally. What kind of options do I have for getting a replacement ballast?
