295/45/VR22 I forgot to mention that my comments should have a caveat statement attached... I have them on a set of 9.5 inch wheels and they really should be on 10 inch or wider set. The wheels I choose didn't come any wider. That may be the reason for my road noise....

I read a lot of good things about them as well, but most were short term opinions. I've got over 20k on my set and I still have quite a bit of tread left. Of course my opinion is just one instance and not one to use as a rule. They are cheap enough to try out a set and if they don't work out sell them off and get a better set....

I wouldn't recommend the General Grabbers. I have a set of 22 inchers on my Tahoe and they are loud and hard to balance. So loud that I thought I had a wheel bearing going out and it turned out to be the tires. I've had them balanced twice and they still vibrate. I'm looking at the Yokohama Spec Xs at the moment for the wifes new ride. The tread pattern isn't sexy, but the tire sure seems to get good reviews.
