    I did a search but couldnt find what i was looking for and i'm not sure where to post this queston either. Has anyone ever used a radiator core mounted e-fan? I would like to use one on my 99 tahoe. I dont have $500 to drop on an e-fan kit. Just wanted y'alls opinion. Thanks fellas!

    The 6.5 in the early 90s Chevy trucks are garbage and a headache you can live without. The 7.3 powerstroke is a great reliable motor, but if you can get your hands on like a 95 Dodge with a 12v Cummins, that would be the best option for you IMO. It's an easy motor to work on, fully mechanical, not very problematic, and you can run biodiesel, red diesel, oil and tranny fluid through it for fuel if you wanted to.

     

    Cool. Thats what i was wanting. something i can run most any kind of fuel through. Thanks fellas.

    Question for the diesel guys out there. I would like to buy an older diesel truck, but I don't know which one is the best choice. I'm talking 90's model. I am a chevy man of coarse but i need something reliable and capable so i don't care about the make. So what do y'all think? Thanks in advance!

    I am looking to buy a SS any year make or model is fine. Except the intimidator..... I need the AWD. I am located in birmingham alabama.     They arrived today and i have been brainstorming for awhile about having the spokes painted or P/C, ive always loved the way silver faced wheels look but am looking at what ya'll would do. Heres a crappy pic, they are 22X8.5 w/5.5 BS and ill be running 285/40/22

    clean ride, I always liked that color,,by the way the wheels look in the 4th pic ya better get to an alignment shop real soon, my buddys crew cab looked that way after he cranked on the torsion bars,,,he chewed his tires up in less than a month

     

     

    I actually already had it lined up, but it is pulling really bad to the right. It's going back to the stealership tomorrow to recheck it.

    well i am hoping to go to recruiting school next year and i am either going to be in nashville or get knoxville either way i am going to be up there alot at all the car shows in the summer when i get back ill give every body a shout and well have a g2g in pigeon forge, my mom works for first tennessee bank and they have alot of cabins up there and we can get them real cheap mabey we can all go up for a weekend and all chip in on a big cabin and have a good ole time lol

     

     

    Sounds like a blast!
