  1. Man that site is hard to follow. I did find the link to the routes coming in: Routes I assume the drive over is on Sunday. I think I'll be able to make it over.
  2. How is that Cruise n the woods event? I've heard mixed reviews.
  3. Anyone signed up for the 20/30 roady rally in central IA? I'm either going to the rally or will be in Chicago this weekend. Just seeing if anyone else had signed up. It's $75 by the way... http://2030roadrally.com From the website: About Road Rally Wednesday, May 14 2008 - Event Combine the fun of RAGBRAI, the strategy of a chess match, some of the nicest cars on the road, and the best day's worth of adventure you can find in the great state of Iowa, and you have the 20/30 Road Rally, presented by Flying Hippo. The 20/30 Road Rally is a competitive event where teams compete against each other by attempting to MATCH the clock (not beat it) in the audited time from checkpoint to checkpoint. The route is secret, and revealed to each team throughout the day. It's a great (and legal) way to raise money for the things that make central Iowa such a great place to work and live, see some things in Iowa that you never knew were there, and an absolutely fantastic way to get a few last summer kicks with your friends. All of the proceeds go to organizations that are serving our community in a variety of different ways; from helping women and children, to providing mentors for young students who will grow into new leaders, everything that this event raises will go back to central Iowa.
  4. Looks good. Maybe I should do mine in red, oh wait, they are...
  5. 295/40/22 - Will do 305/40/22 next time: BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW It's been lowered since then.
  6. Won't be taking any flak from me.
  7. Probably doesn't affect the people that already own a GM, but GM's workers are on strike. http://money.cnn.com/2007/09/24/news/compa...dex.htm?cnn=yes
  8. I had a similar front end vibration in my truck at the beginning of the year. Mine started as you described with the front end vibration when slowing down. Within a day it progressed to an obscene noise so I pulled over and had the truck towed to the shop. The front right hub assembly was coming apart. Replaced that and things were solid.
  9. Here's some other mats, in my SSS. http://www.redss.com/Default.aspx?album=SS/Mats
  10. I like the bouncing boobies and they only make it difficult to read at work cause I can't take my eyes off 'em. Oh yeah, the reason I was chiming in... I've had to replace the front end bearings, which also did some gear damage, suck!
  11. Very helpful, thanks. We are debating on which event to go to. Madrid or http://www.sceniccitycarshow.com/
  12. I'll probably stop by. Good luck on the competition. I have no idea what to expect for the volume of vehicles there. It is on Sunday, right?
  13. That makes sense. I couldn't find anything about a car show in the city of Boone. Madrid is still not that far away.
  14. What day is the show and where is it? (Not that i couldn't find it by just driving through Boone). I'm only 15 minutes from Boone. I should have my Baer AlumaSport brakes and Beltech spindles / shackles / shocks and swaybars on by then.
