How much should this cost me to fix?

Has anybody eles had this problem It been like this for a week now an I have no idea what it is? Every time I go above 50 mph I hear a sweking noise it sound's like it's coming from the front tires. An then the ABS light will come on an stay on. Also when I press the brakes when thier is a stop the brake peddle will tense up an then it stop's.
