Thank you cuase i was worried about it

i took off my intake today to clean my throttle body and i noticed that the butterfly is tilted doesnt sit straight up and down and it is tilted like 20 degrees. so like on a clock instead of it being at 12 and 6 it is more like at 10 and 4 with the top tilted towards the manifold and the bottom toward the radiator. i wiped it out and it still sits that way. i can manually push it straight up and down. is this the way it is supposed to be? or is it supposed to open and close straight up and down? if so how do i fix it. thanks

i have the aem dry flow filter. i looked at my mafs and it doesnt look dirty but i have never cleaned it. if it was dirty would it be noticable or is it something that you should do whether it looks dirty or not.

are you guys cleaning the tb with anything special or are you just wiping it out?

i havent paid for that. i just called for a quote and they said $3000 for all parts and labor and that labor is more than half that cost. i thought it was ridiculous as well. thats why i had to ask you guys.

i dont know what that means but the $3000 dollars price was for all parts and the labor and he told me that more than half that price was the labor because its so involved and you have to remove alot of things to do this

under $500 dollars to have all of this installed? are you sure? dont you have to remove alot of parts to do this properly? i called a shop in my area that is know for doing awesome work on corvettes(my old z06) and they said it would be $3000 and more than half that was labor.

what did you guys pay or how much do you think it costs to get cams,springs,retainiers and push rods installed? i wanted to know the price of labor only please. thanks

How much horsepower do you guys ruffly think i would get from doing this with what i have. thanks

i only have exhaust and an intake and i wanted to know if you guys thought a tune would be worth it at this stage or should i wait to get more things done before i do this? and if i do the tune would it be benifical to loose the cats with a stock exhaust manifold and get the deletes. or should i not mess with the cats until i put headers on? thanks-Justin

what kind of x pipe are you using? is it the magna flow universal stlye i see on ebay? ans what kind of high flow cats are you using? thanks

i got a few things done.. aem brute force c.a.i,flowmaster turned down,jesse james 24" 357 magnum rims,top deck tonneau cover,black taillights and headlights,tinted windows... im gonna lower it next and then do my servos and shift kit and tune after that.. ur from cali so what kind of headers are you running?
