well i talked to the guys at goodmark and this is what they said=Confirmed with Goodmark, they do not carry a cowl hood for the 2006 Silverado, sorry.

the thread does word you just have to put in the keywords and it does come painted...no hardware yes but with his its not painted just wanted to help someone that is going to spend the money...that it comes painted but no hardward
