I have always run flows on my rides and have never noticed any loss in power. and yes you have got to have some back pressure, my exhaust guy ensures he installs my exhaust with back pressure either with smaller diameter pipe or a muffler with more chambers. I personally just like the flowmaster sound.

Well i was on my way home after a friday night cruise and i saw a red LS1 Camaro and i was like nice car!! Well we played a little in and out of traffic but as fate would have it we caught a red light!! He looked over at me and i looked at him and i knew he wanted to go so the light turned green and i jumped him a truck length and he finally caught me about 80!!! I was stoked and he was up set!!! The car was a automatic i know it would have been a different story if it would have been a six speed!! But it was fun no matter what!!! Sorry for the long post!!!

just run to home depot and grab a barbed hose splice and a couple clamps or you could just re-use the spring clamps and you'll be set
