Hi i have an 04 1500 with a 5.3 and a few bolt-ons cat back, wheatley tune, and an intake but want to do something else. Right now i want to put in a cam that will give me some decent power but im planning on putting on heads and maybe a supercharger too. What im wondering is there a cam i can put in my truck now before putting on heads and/or supercharger that will work with them later on? thanks

anyone know where i can get some stock spindles/hangars? also im looking at the djm 6'' flip kit with the c-notch and was wondering if i put on stock shackles and put my leafs in the top hole of my hangars to make a 7'' drop do you think that would fit and still have travel? id be putting on 285/35/22 or 295/35/22 tires

I have an 04 silverado 2wd with a 5.3 and i put ground force shackles and eibach hangars on the rear for a 4 inch total drop and my front is still stock but it sits right about level im wanting to put 2 inch drop spindles on the front and the lower the back 2 more inches, what way would you guys recommend to drop the rear 2 more inches also i have 22'' wheels with 305/45/22 tires im thinking im probly going to have to use a smaller tire also, any size you think would work good with this setup?

i just ordered a jensen vm9312 head unit and i was wondering what im gonna need to be able to use my stock bose system and keep my steering wheel controls

yeah i was thinkin itd have to be a 35 series tire, im just worried about it hitting up on the front fender wells and i really dont want to have to cut into em. thanks for all the input

the rears tuck and go up in the fender when theres weight in the back but i cant tell if my front will because its not sitting low enough

Im doing a 4/6 drop on my 04 2wd using shackles, hangers and leafs in the rear with a c-notch and spindles and coils for the front. What size tires do most people run on that setup with 22 inch wheels i have a 305/45/22 and im thinking there not gonna fit.

Ive decided im either gonna paint my front bumper and get the street scene side skirt kit or try and get the ss body cladding and bumper. what do you guys think would be better im not tryin to copy the ss i just like the way they look. and also i have a steel rollpan on and ive heard the ss body cladding leaves a big gap when you have a basic rollpan installed and you need body work to fill it in?

Im not planning on running any FI other than maybe nitrous in the future, and im wanting the most performance i can get at the track and on the street but keepin it daily drivable.

i want to put a cam, heads and a torque converter on my truck all at once but its a daily driver and sees the track about one night a month. whats a combo you guys would recommend

im using eibach pro-truck springs in the front and i have a ground force 2 inch lowering shackle and a eibach 2 3/4 inch drop hanger. when i had just the rear lowering done it sat really low in the back but over time (around 2-3 weeks) it seemed to get higher in the rear and almost evened out. Then i just put the coils in and now its sittin low in the front and im positive i have all the right parts i dont get it haha

ive got a 04 silverado ext cab and the rear has hangers and shackles for a 4 3/4 inch drop and the front has 1.5 inch lowering springs but my rear still sits about and inch and a half taller. is there anything i can do to lower the rear one or 2 more inches?

will headers made for a 5.3 fit the 6.0?

and also is there any other pretty basic upgrades to the tranny you would recommend i should do while im at it other than the servos?
