OK-Just to make this clear----------- Zippy is cold when it's 100 out, I live with the crazy icicle man! :cold: Unfortunately for him, Im cold when it's......well, I'm never cold since my surgery. Im hot when its 60. Hmmm. Hey Vince, You were one of the 1st ones I met when I started dating Zippy, why didn't you warn me about him!!!!!!!! He said you might show up, I hope to see you there Pssst-I think Zippy's giving me a nice Black Silverado for our anniversary on Oct 1, I suppose I'll give him a nice Tahoe (I have driven the Silverado ALL SUMMER LONG since there's been a Tahoe in the Garage with no engine in it........) Possession IS 9/10 of the law.

The track opens at 9AM Sunday, so Zippy will be there bright and early. If anyone wants to meet up Saturday, just call Zippy or PM him and we can set something up. We'll be staying in Ottawa, IL on Friday and probably meeting at Allballz house on Saturday morning to do a few tunes...... On Saturday we're staying at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Racine, WI, and I know a few others will be staying at the same place too. Thanks. I got everything booked so we'll be staying at Extended Stay America Indianapolis-North. We'll be leaving our house around 6 so we'll get in town some time before noon

Zippy and I will probably be there before noon on Saturday if anyone wants to meet up. It's a 5 hr drive for us so we'll be getting an early start, maybe even leave Friday night. Gonna be a BUSY weekend, since were also meeting some people in Detroit on Sunday. Zippy planned that one, not me, Yikes!!! Anyone got any suggestions on a hotel to stay at on Saturday?

I know it's very busy for the real street drags, Zippy and I went there last year for one. I guess we're set on the 28 then. When we get closer to that date, I'll have Zippy let everyone know when we'll be coming down there. Not sure where we'll stay yet, but I'll figure that out soon. If anyone needs a tune let me know so we can be down there early enough to get it done.

Me and Zippy are still gonna try to be there....we are planning on it but....I FINALLY got a job after 5 months without!!!! I'll be working some weekends and I don't know my schedule yet, so if at all possible we do still plan on being there. I'll let you know when I find out. Maybe I can get Zippy to go down there without me?

I'm tring to get Zippy to go to a track in Iowa (considering Eddyville) on Friday, Sept. 26th since he will already be in Wisconsin that weekend at the Great Lakes Dragway on Sunday the 28th. Let me know if any of you guys are willing to meet there and if we get a few guys together I know Zippy would be willing to make the LOOONG drive........(7 hours)

I have already scheduled it in. If a bunch of ppl are meeting that weekend then we will be there, if not I did double book us that weekend because theres some muscle car drag in Stanton on the same day-Zippy did not tell me about that so my vote trumps his. He bought me a palm so I could keep track of everything for him....we've decided that I'm better off scheduling where we'll be since he always forgets!!!! Where will this be in Indiana so I can start looking for a hotel???

Don't joke too much. Zippy knows what I would volunteer to drive a 69 Camaro. He'd do EVERYTHING for free!!!! I had my 1st ride ever in one 2 weeks ago

Hey, I think it only had 11 recalls!!!! I certainly had FUN fighting Ford to get that done, they kept telling me I had no recalls.

If it were up to Zippy the Contour would've been blown up by now!!!

WHAT!!!! Does that mean I can't run my Contour???? J/K Just bought me a new Tahoe that Mike's pimpin out, he's thinkin of putting a 6 liter in it...hopefully before I get my Camaro in about 100 years!

Looks like the 27th at GLD works for many so Zippy and I will be there. I'll let Zippy know and we'll see what days he can get off work before then. Maybe we can come in to town a day or 2 before to meet up with a few ppl and maybe a little early tuning. We're also hoping to be in Indiana at the upcoming Indiana GTG for anyone that's coming to that. If they schedule it for Sept. 13th we'll be there.

One more volunteer from the North-I saw this and spoke to Zippy........ We would be able to come down there the weekend of the 13th definately....and the 30th would be a possibility but a little to close to say as I just bought a Tahoe with our extra spending money and waiting to sell the infamous Contour to make up for it.....

OK- I see that nobody can come up with a WHEN or a WHERE... So.....let's start with this. Zippy and I will be at Woodward on the 16th and tuning in Detroit on the 17th of August. (NOTE TO ZIPPY: THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY EVER IS ON THE 18TH 'MY BIRTHDAY' AND YOU WILL BE WORKING FOR 13 HOURS THAT DAY SO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF WE COULD GET 1 SIMPLE HOUR THAT WEEKEND WITHOUT YOUR LAPTOP, SO NO TUNING IN DETROIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS A 3 AND A HALF HOUR DRIVE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!) We will be in Martin again at the US131 Motorsports Park on August 29th for midnight madness www.us131motorsportspark.com/ As far as I know we have every weekend open after that until the M-Event on October 4th in Stanton. If you guys can let us know which weekends would work for each of you and maybe some more suggestions on places to meet we can get something scheduled. If all else fails I'm voting for The Great Lakes Dragway on Sept. 27th. Good day now.
