  1. yeah thats what i did to put the top and bottom grilles in, i guess i can just do the same thing and tape everything else off
  2. can i take the stock one out to paint it? or do i have to paint it while it is still in the grille shell? reason i ask is i couldnt figure out how to get the stock one out without cutting it
  3. heres a couple pics of the grille i bought off of EmergencyVP1 about a month ago. It is a stainless grille but i wanted it black so i took it to a guy close to me that does all his work from home. He told me he would do it for $40 and get it back to me in a few days. I was like take your time its too cold to put it on anyways lol. so about a week and a half later i hadnt heard from him so i called him. He said that he had about 10 hrs in it! i was shocked cause he hadnt called me or anything but he said he wouldnt charge me for all the extra work! He's a really cool guy! anyways the stainless doesnt like the powder coat to much i guess and didnt really want to stick in between the slats of the grille. sorry for the long post here are the pics. looks pretty good IMO Also this is a bolt over grille. i wish it was a cutout but i think it looks ok. need to get the bottom grille from somewhere

  6. just ordered an adjustable power band "Wish you had a little more low end torque? Maybe you want a high revving formula1-esque screamer? KaleCoAuto's Adjustable Powerbands are the perfect solution! The power bands are made from titanium-injected rubber, with high grade 440 fasteners. Six links are included. One band is for horsepower, and the other for torque. You may use more than three links per side, but extreme caution should be taken!"
  7. i am for sure getting the car to plane kit when they get more in stock!!!!
  8. i have pirelli scorpion atr's. pretty nice i like them so far. only have about 5000 miles on them maybe. handle really well in wet and snow, very quiet ride, you might not like them though cause they have a pretty agressive side wall (not smooth)
  9. Im not sure about the 22's but my last truck (gmc Sierra ext. cab) i had a 4/6 after settling it ended up being about a 5/7 with a 45 series tire on a 20 inch rim. had to do a little trimming on the rear fender lips and it did rub a little in the front. sorry i cant be of more help
