there is a maggied f body on ls1 tech that made 579rwhp with that cam on a mp112 and 7# I believe. I can't wait for RJW to try it in his vette, I have talked to him about it and he is considering it with his 3liter whipple.

I wasnt sure if the 2.8 would fit but I have since found out that it will so that is definitely the way to go. The MS4 cam is definitely not a "blower cam" it is acutally the exact opposite, this makes it a decent choice for a pd blower, that is a new trend startiing with the fbody maggie cars and some vette guys are catching on now too. The reason behind that is the pd blowers create more than enough tq down low, and decent hp up top, this cam actually hurts the low end tq a little and really makes a screamer up top. The ms4 specs are 239/242, .649"/.609" @ 112lsa, I agree with this school of thought for positive displacement blower applications, as there is really no need for more tq from a blower cam. I agree on the headers, when will either kooks or american racing come out with them.... ARGGGG!! Oh well I was told that these would fit without issue.

Engine: 1)ms4, springs, forged push rods 2)2.8 or 2.6 L kb I have yet to get in touch with them 3)forged 408 with the ms4 Exhaust: 1) kooks f bod stainless headers, no cats, x pipe into dual super 44's, side exit Exterior: 1) belltech 4/6 in lowering kit 2) SS bumper cover, Goodmark 2.5 in cowl hood, roll pan, HID's 3) Wheels undecided, and suggestions?, Hard tonneau with speedsturr spoiler Interior: 1) Pioneer Avic head unit 2) dynomat, custom seats, and sub

That part I understand, but I was under the impression that turbo vehicles liked 3.23 or 3.42 gears much better for loading under the street driving conditions. I am not speaking from experience however, just what I was told when contemplating my turbo camaro build. I would really be interested in some information on how hard/ costly your t56 swap was as that would really be something that I would want to do in the near future, as soon as I get my truck.

I will likely be ending up with a regular cab silverado, not an SS just because of the price of the SS I have been looking around a lot lately and think that I would preffer a 03 + regular cab, short or standard bed, 2wd silverado or sierra with as low of miles as I can find. Color is not really an issue for me as I like all of the colors that I have seen so far. As far as my future plans for the truck are concerned I am looking at lowering 4/6, custom true duals with super 44's or dr gas boom tubes, possibly adapting a set of fbody kooks lt's, MS4 cam, undecided on the wheels, SS front bumper, Roll pan, HID's, hard tonneau with speedsturr spoiler on it, pioneeer avic headunit, eventually a kb 2.8l h and a six speed conversion.
