  1. Can anyone answer this? Everytime I unplug the battery cable from the truck, or it loses power, it idles low for about a week. It stumbles a bit at idle, but runs ok other than that. Anything I can do to alleviate the problem quickly the next time it happens.

      That is normal, when you disconnect the battery, it erases the PCMs short term memory......the PCM essentially needs to learn and adapt to how you drive when you reconnect the battery.....this cycle can take a few days, usually 50-100 miles or so......
