  1. id rather just keep them together, and it was on the truck for probably 2 months. 6.0 litre. sounded great with the stock headers but not quite as loud as i wanted with LTs and the stock cats. damn good price for what was a 750 exhaust system!
  2. i have a corsa sport muffler only and the 4" dual wall twin tip to go with it. pair probablly has 800 miles or less on them. i loved the sound but wanted to be obnoxious for a little while. both are in great shape, and were kept up (polished) regularly. im located in kennesaw, ga, just north of Atlanta. $325 for both 404 825 8717 my name is Will or [email protected]
  3. thanks man, but i thing im gonna try magnaflow this round. i like the straight through mufflers.
  4. i got the same headers as you, put them on myself and kept the stock cats. they had to be moved a bit but they fit. im now redoing my exhaust, partly because i had to pull the tranny and cut my exhaust, and im taking the cats out. i really dont think they are all that restrictive but i want a little more sound. if you can have a shop delete them then have Nelson or even someone in your area with tuning software delete your rear o2s.
  5. i think my eyes are gonna bleed from reading so many exhaust threads, im just stuck on whether to do a y pipe or run a dual in muffler..
  6. well i think im gonna get rid of the corsa with my pacesetters, at least the muffler. i really want to just get a setup that i like. right now i have the corsa y with a dynomax bullet on there to take the edge off it. what would yall do? keep the Y and the bullet and put a SI/SO magnaflow on there or run duals with an X pipe? i just need some opinions so i dont hate my next setup! i tried out this imco single chamber and it actually sounded pretty damn good.
  7. well i tried putting a resonator in front of the corsa with no avail, still sounds almost ricer at higher rpms. sooo...i think i need to put a magnaflow or something similar instead of the corsa. doyou thing anyone would want just the corsa muffler??
  8. its the only way i could describe it! i called corsa and they told me to get the touring muffler, who knows? i may try a resonator in front of the corsa or something. i hate being so picky, but you guys know whats its like to dislike the sound of your truck, it just sucks.
  9. i've got the corsa Y pipe, wouldnt that act the same as an X pipe?
  10. there you go Mr. p, thats the best way to describe it, a rasberry! i loved my corsa sport with factory manifolds but now its just anoying. i loved the open headers deep tone, i just wish a could keep that but calm it down a bit.
  11. not really a squeal, its just this obnoxious straight pipe sound. i love loud, i just love quality more. its just a big crackle fart.
  12. any ideas? this is driving me crazy, i really am starting to not like the sound. its real quiet, and the sound at 1-2 shift is disgusting.
  13. well i got my pacesetters on and my mid pipes fabbed up and connected to my corsa. i loved the open headers for a day but dayum that was loud. anyway, i have my pacesetters, stock cats and corsa sport, and im not sure about the sound. i have the tick everyone talks about which is ok, but the sound when it shifts first to second is nasty. the note is great all the way until then, but when it shifts it just sounds like a giant rip or something. any ideas on what to do. does someone else run a similar setup?
  14. alright i got everything off and ready to bolt up! took about an hour and a half. should i use the new bolts or reuse the stockers
