My 2002 is a 2003 ss clone.There is place called keystone industries that sales aftermarket & refurbished parts.you can put a stock 03 bumper on w/o the bottom plastic piece and the bumper cover will slide over it.The stock ss bumper cover and piece behind will run between $600-700 at dealer.Keystone will save you 200-300.Ebay will be best bet on gauge cluster.Good luck
