This worked great. I just repaired 1 switch and i m going to pull the airbag to gain access to the rest. Seems for me the hardest part is disconnecting and reconnecting the switches. Thanks for the write up.

I installed a Volant on my JGP rado today and dont have a need for the air tube. The kit replaced a power adder cone filter . I was hoping to get rid of the tube, filter, rubber grommet and rubber volant sleeve. The filter has a small worn spot on it but it doesnt look bad and is still in good condition. Make reasonable offer via PM if interested. If i dont get any response ill put on clist locally tues morn for 100 obo. Ill ship to you for 10.00 flat rate in US. The kit says it will fit 4.8, 5.3,6.0 . Look the kit number up to make sure it will fit your application if your not sure. Im not splitting the set. Figured i d give you guys a chance first.

I have the cover from my gibbs SC 5.3 and the carbon fiber attaching stands to mount it. This came on my truck and do not want it. It is in great shape and i can post pics tomorrow if needed but i assure you it is good to go. I do have an interest in performance parts, audio equip, and or cash that can be converted into performance parts. My truck is stock as of now but i anticipate the mods starting soon. If anyone has an interest in this please let me know. Im in N Fl. The last photo is of the underside markings. It is only in one spot and im not sure what it is. It almost appears as though a sticker or something like that was placed on the underside of the shroud. It cannot be noticed at all from the top. I would like to get 400.00 and ill cover shipping.

Have only had my truck 1 month but i realized right off that something was missing from back of center console. It has the vents for back passengrs and drink holders but what is supposd to be installed between the vents? Looks as though something is missing??

I need to change my charger belt on my 05 gibbs 5.3. I suppose i will purchase a gatorback but how do i know what length to ask for? I wish to replace the 3.6 pulley with a 3.2 at the same time. Will i need a shorter belt or will the idler take up the difference? . My intentions are to install the pulley , 160 stat and have it custom tuned same day. Im hoping pulley doesnt require larger injectors. I would appreciate any input you guys have on this.

I purchased my truck 3 weeks ago and had it checked out today on dyno. It produced 339 hp and 389 tq. Does this sound correct?? I purchased the truck pre owned and to the best of my knowledge it has no mods that it didnt come with. (magnacharger, CAI) This truck is the 5.3, auto and has the corsa exhaust. Im already planning my mods but wanted to get an accurate baseline for starts. The shop that i took the truck to is a popular ford tuner and i find myself questionion the validity of his software. Mainly because i have a stoch 3.6 sc pulley and is puter said i was producing7.5-8.5 lb of boost. I read that my ride should only be pushing 5 lb with that pulley just like my mech guage reads. Any thoughts?? maybe im looking for reasoning for low numbers. for thoughts, ...stock srt8 charger, 382 hp

I found the connection within 10 minutes after posting this. It is located on the upper, drivers side, rear of the intake manifold. It is difficult to come by if you are looking on the passenger side (like i was). There are several wiring bundles and vacum lines that run directly over this connection port masking its location.

I just purchased an 05 Joe Gibbs silverado and im attempting to correctly install a boost guage. Im having no luck at finding a port to connect to. People at magnuson are no help. Im sorry if this has been posted b4, I assure i have looked at posts from seeral sites in hopes of finding the info prior to asking here. Thanks for any help.
