I bought my 03 SS a couple of years ago. I bought it from a company that sells theft recovery vehicles. The only thing stolen out of this truck was the center console. The only center console that will fit in my truck is one out of an 02. Does ANYONE have the same center console?? I have been trying to figure this out for way too long....thanks for the help in advance.

i also had similar problems, i cleaned the throttle body which seemed to have been the cure.

dont mean to thread jack but how do you shut the o2's off?? my engine light is on

can i have my buddy just clear the code or do i have to get the new passlock?? i appreciate all the help guys!!

did the process of key relearn last night, that didnt work. after that a buddy and i hooked it up to the scan tool. 3 codes came up and they were all pointing toward the ignition. passlock??????

Last friday i took my 03 ss into the shop to get my gauge cluster replaced. the dealer called me an hour and a half later saying "your gauge cluster is fixed, but your truck wont run. it will start and die." he also said the security light is on. anyway i am just wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it. they got the truck to stay running but the security light is still on???????

first off, thanks for all your guys help. the person i bought the truck from had it stolen!! so i never seen the console in the truck. the center console i had looks just like the one in your truck from what i can see. the problem is... on the top left corner of the console, where the cig lighter is, my truck has a little flip up door with 3 empty cig outlets. i could get pictures this weekend if that helps. i talked to a gm dealer yesterday and they said i would probably have to bring in the truck because the radio is not reading the new amp.

the console i got out of a silverado had the bose amp/sub with it. the wiring harness goes together great, but after my radio didnt work i looked where the harness connects, they are a little diff. also where the console meets the dash it was different. the console i got has two outlets, one on each side. on my ss there is a little flip up door with three outlets on the left side right above where the console would be. let me know if this makes sense???

i have a 2003 SS and i need a center console. Can anyone tell me if i have to have the center console out of a SS. i picked one up out of a 03 silverado but it seems the wiring harness is a hair different. also where the console meets the dash, i believe that is a little different.

Just like the title says, i am looking to buy a complete center console for my 03 SS. let me know what you have. thanks, Nate
