Have a little beat up Radix sittin in the garage and itching to get it installed again. I called magnacharger and spoke with a man name david who quoted me $1,500 worst case scenario and asked me to send him pictures. Of which his email does not work and can't send him pictures and now he wont respond to my calls. Anyways, (the blower is back home in Chicago and I see it once every while) so I told him I dont know if the case is cracked, if the rotors and bearings are fine, new tuner, etc. So I'm sure it will be cheaper now I found out the situation is a lot better than what I expected. Wondering if anyone has ever had theirs rebuilt, damage, what the estimate, price, and customer service was like. Thanks! Chris

Been up in Laramie WY for about 2 months, and seen this black SSS rollin around with a Cowl hood, chrome rims, roll pan, taillights, painted brake ducts, chrome billet grille and a maggie mp112. Now sitting at Laramie GM, a tech told me they are installing a TVS 1900/2300 (not sure) with a 408. Just wondering if anyone knows this fella and/or if hes a member. If so, if they are accurate what they told me, and if he wants to get rid of some of his old parts. Thanks.

Agreed, the Camaro SS runs a 13.0@ 111 and the Challenger SRT-8 runs a 13.8 straight from the factory. The Challengers slower, heavier, handles like a boat, and even costs more! Let alone the looks. Bowtie pride.

Honestly, I don't know if that those bad boys are going to sell, not many people have 8.3-1 CR if you know what I mean. Well I bought a 408 Stroker from Texas Speed and a 4L65E Stage 5 trans with a billet output shaft and calling Wheatley for the tune. So well see where I'm at after that. Hopefully it wont blow up this time. And I'll hook up the meth and wideband first this time

Size? It was upgraded running 9PSI thats all I know. If anyone knows good built long blocks that could point me in that direction that would be awesome thanks.

I heard no detonation. I upgraded new fuel rails 42lb and the external fuel pump

The wideband was on but not hooked up. I installed it with new iridium spark plugs and I am not sure on the PCM it was tuned with the same kit on my truck, so I installed it.

Today I just installed my Magnacharger Kit on my 03 Silverado SS AWD which I ordered from a fellow SilveradoSS.com member that included: - Magnacharger Radix Intercooled Supercharger kit - approximately 12K miles - complete kit minus the hand held programmer magnacharger ships with the kit - upgraded pulley installed for 8-9 lbs boost - revised tensioner asm - ECU from an '03 Silverado SS custom programmed for 8-9 lbs boost w/Meth injection - Alkycontrol.com progressive methanol injection kit The only other aftermarket part I have besides these is a Flowmaster exhaust. I have done oil changes every 2500 miles with Mobil 1 (Ha! what a waste) and the truck only has 46,000 miles. I installed it today with no problems whatsoever. I took it out for a drive, it was driving great. Then after sitting for about an hour, I took a friend for a ride around the neighborhood doing about 30mph, then gunned it, and BOOM! Heard a lot of internals busted and coasted back to my house. Pretty sure theres a rod through the block. Well this is my daily driver and I have no money to fix it! =) I can only hope my aftermarket Warranty will cover it. Well this is a lesson learned by me for anyone who wants to know what will happen with forced induction. Anyone know a place I can order a built motor for my truck for daily driving? Thanks.

I am still interested although will get the cash soon, would you consider dropping the price slightly for a quicker sale? Or even selling the meth kit separate to the caddy guy? This is something I plan on buying so don't make any too rash decisions! Or if you are looking at something for a trade to drop the price also that would be splendid.
