  4. You're welcome. It's always cheaper if you can ship to a business with a loading dock or forklift, especially when dealing with freight.
  5. Early quotes on shipping are around $200 to both locations, final shipping costs shouldn't be too far from that. The_aSSet you have first dibs, and wantaSSS after that.

  12. You're welcome A word of caution though, if you do decide to buy the plugs you will have to "drill-out" the existing holes in order to accommodate the plugs.
