Where would you guys recommend getting a Joe Gibbs Supercharged 5.3 tuned in Dallas, TX? Thanks, Bob

Got a 04 Supercharged 5.3 Joe Gibbs Silverado that I want to hop up a little. It has the Radix style twin screw with a 3.60 pulley on it now, what pulley would you recommend? I thought about a 3.0 or 3.1. I will probably need a retune, what do you think? Also, Who do you reommend in Dallas, TX area for tuning this setup? Would I need to change anything else: thermostat, etc. The truck has headers and Corsa exhaust now. Thanks, Bob
