  1. no, with RWD 100% of your power goes to the rear wheels, with AWD the transfer case splits the power to 38% front and 62% rear I believe.....

I do recall this being true. I'm glad you said it first, I was going to say it was 32/68. No matter what, you put a stock AWD vs a RWD, rain or shine the AWD is going to whoop your ass of the line. Now I'm saying STOCK here RWD'ers, so don't jump my case. I know you guys are fast... when it's dry. :jester:

  2. Sorry guys. I never received an email notification on the replies. Yes it is still for sale and I just edited the price in the first post, asking $24,500. I posted the link to my garage but it is black and I'll put more photos up. I'm also posting a link explaining the Pace Edwards Bed Locker, http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry546119. I'm located in Surprise. Once again I'm sorry for the delay.

  3. After shooting my ramps out from under me twice and two tailgates later, I now do it by myself. I own an YFZ so it’s not too heavy. I just lock the parking brake, lift it on its back wheels, release the brake and walk it until the front tires are close enough to land on the tailgate- be sure to get on the front brake just in case! I then grab my 6pk rack, do a quick little clean & jerk and it’s in.

  4. Nice runs man. I hope to get out there in the next few weeks myself to see how the truck does.

Just a little heads up, they’re getting kinda cheap out there. Everybody was complaining of the track quality, mainly about the lack of water @ the box and they weren’t laying any sticky out. I guess they didn’t have water that night, so everybody’s times were affected. I’m AWD w/305s, so I know I wasn’t having any traction issues. They were shutting lanes down off and on all night long. Once I waited in the staging lanes for over 45min and it wasn’t even that busy. With all that waiting around lead to a bunch of trash talk. Throughout that time I came to this conclusion, rice burner drivers are such cry babies. I presume they were a little angry that my 6000+lb truck whooped the sh!t out of their 2000lb POS. :nopity:

Let me know when you go, I still have to do a stock run for my TBSS.

  5. So last night before I went to the track, my tach went crazy on me. At idle it was dead but when I drove around the block at 25mph it was all over the place. She's running normal, no missing or anything. I saw something a while back about a GM recall w/the speedo, same thing???
