Your mirrors and front looks sweet.Glad no one was hurt.The same thing happened to me on I-75 here Easter saturday "06".It's amazing when traffic runs fast and tight how fast things can happen.A late model Dodge Charger slams on brakes in front of me and I hit mine.We went from about 80 to nothing in no time.My front brakes locked up at about 10 or 15 mph and I slid into him twice.No one was hurt and no damage to his car at all.It destroyed my JGP bumper cove,bumper,all brackets and the headlight mounting panels.All in all it cost me about $2500 out of pocket to my truck.The insurance wouldn't cover the bumper cover because my truck is not a JGP silv.So it wasn't worth bothering to claim the rest due to my deductable.

Thanks.Yours looks sweet.Black is right for me to.I like the black rims on yours.When I was looking for rims I looked at a set of Boss315s in black.I seen some black wheels on a Avalanch and being a 4dr it just didn't look right.But on a standard or extended cab they look really good to me.

Thanks.I liked the cover to because it was differant.Accidents happen sometimes.I like the SS cover to with everything painted black.I will post a better pic of the front end.What do you guys do when you remove the ambers?Can you still see the hole for the bulb?I was thinking of painting the ambers black and putting them back in.Just a thought.

Thanks.The tips came from a exhaust supplier on line.I can't find the receipt but I know they were about $100 shipped.They did have a very large assortment and were really nice to deal with.I think they were in Tennessee.Hey my ex-brother in law is a SSGT in the Marines also.He transfered from New River to Edwards AirForce Base there in California.He's like a brother to me.You guys sure are a good group of people.thanks for you service.

I was wondering if any of you guys have done a drum to disk conversion on a crew cab.Or would I be better off sticking with what I have or swapping to a disk brake rear?Thanks

Thanks T-Bag.I have been catching some flack about my tips.It's hard to find the right ones that look decent. The grill actually came from Joe Gibbs Performance.

What do you guys think about blacking the lenses out?Such as painting the ambers black.

Drop is a Mcgaughy's3/5 w/their rear shocks and airbag helpers.It has a 5.3.JGP stopped making the bumper cover in 'o6'.I was unable to get a replacement.I did order it directly from them.I think you have to have a JGP silverado to get one now.Good luck.Rob I have thought about the ambers but I haven't made up my mind.I am going to shave my tailgate next.Thanks Guys

Here are a few pics of my truck.The JGP bumper cover is no longer on it due to a crash I replaced it with a factory SS cover .The pics with the SS cover didn't turn out well so I will post a better one later.Thanks

Thanks guys for the welcome.I am still trying to figure out how to post pics.It could be because I am not good at photobucket.I know its supposed to be easy but if anyone has the time to help with that it would be great.My avitar pic isn't the best.So far it has a 3/5 drop w/rear airbag helpers,rollpan,Tahoe factory painted door handles,Flowmaster exhaust,tonneu cover,20' wheels and a superchips programmer.I think thats about it for now.Thanks.
