IS there a way to tell without pulling heads?

Alright I know we all hate clones..Heres what i got last night. 2007 Chevy crew cab silverado for my wife so she can tow the drag car and of course my kids all at the same time as needed. She really likes the ss front look. From what it looks like its only a Grill,bumper,fasia, what parts do i need to change the front clip and door handels and rear bumper. Can some one list part numbers and What parts are different. Thanks
