  1. Congrats on the new ride, be sure to tell the new Truck owner it is manditory to join SSS.com
  2. Went out this morning, started the SS and noticed the headlight switch bulbs and the radio knobs didnt light up, on/off and tune knobs, anybody know if these can be fixed, has the stock Bose 6 disc, would like to keep the original radio if possible, any help or suggestions would be great, just turned 63k miles.
  3. Going to the Dentist is bad enough, then you get hit! Hope everything works out!
  4. Top Gear Two and a half men Weeds Deadwood Prison break Axe Men Pawn stars Barrett-Jackson auctions Sopranos
  5. Had this same problem two weeks ago, shut it off and restarted, cranked over pretty slow the first and second time, but gauges started operating properly, check the battery, had a dead cell, replaced battery and have had no problems, at least for the last two weeks.
  6. I'm not, but my dad is, he has been doing it since 1963. It seems to be a good career to get into, The City he works for has been having a hard time finding people. Seems like the "younger" generation is more into Tech jobs, and there is a nationwide shortage of Linemen. If you can get into a good apprentice program, I say go for it!
  7. Never seen a ant problem like this, but....the Police Cruisers do occasionally come in with a LICE problem, we always use a "bomb" on them and within 24 hrs. lice gone, I would recommend letting it air out good before driving.
  8. If you remove the top engine cover it's on the back of the block, like Chase said. The G.M. socket is part # J41712, or equivalent, torque spec on the sensor is 15 ft lbs.
  9. Great lookin truck, love the color! Welcome to the site!
  10. Are you talking about the rear brake lights or the 'brake' warning light on the instrument cluster?
  11. My stops were making contact well before I installed lowering keys, then I cut off two nubs and drilled them as well, but I wanted it lower than stock.
