well thats a pretty broad answer to be honest, as i like many different types of vehicles. i like f-bodies (camaros &firebirds), i like c bodies (corvettes), i like MANY different trucks. any GM musclecar/ponycar as well. thats why i said try me on trade offers, cause i could go on forever. do you have something in mind?

as stated above, i have 2005 black SS AWD for sale. it is loaded with every option they came with, to include the power sunroof, heated seats, and easy-exit seat. i still have the window sticker with everything listed on there for verification with any non-believers. it is completely stock, only add-ons are the rhino lined bed and tinted windows/windshield strip. it has 43k miles and the most "abuse" its ever taken was carrying my harley in the back . its here with me at parris island South Carolina, and never seen snow or road salt. i must stress how CLEAN it is, my brother saw it last weekend and said the interior looks like its never been sat in (and hes a ford lightning guy)!!! i'm in no hurry to sell the truck, but to get this rolling (and because the website requires a price) i'll start the price at $21k, MAKE ME AN OFFER! OR A TRADE, i know everybody says this about thier own truck, but it REALLY is a nice clean truck., ANYONE GOT ANY PARTIAL TRADES THEY MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN!?!?! your vehicle + cash for mine? try me *i have clean title in hand, AND the origianl window sticker! i'm getting the impression that most run magnaflows, but nobody ever seems to specify WHICH magnaflows their using.

anybody here try those thrush glass packs that are red and go straight through? they look like they have even less resistance than a cherry bomb, so i imagine they would be really loud, but in a good way. experience or opinions anyone?

okay, well i'm "DOWN with DRONE", it doesnt bother me, my other truck is a lifted 85 gmc with LT's coming into straight pipes up to the rear axle with NO cats and NO mufflers, and i've driven that thing 8 hours at a time. my harley has open SAMSON SAWED-OFF SHORTIES, you could safely say i like to be loud as long as it sounds good. so i definately want to harness the 'sound-potential' of this truck.

you running the 6" or 14" mufflers? round or oval?

thank you ORION, for stepping up to the plate. i think i'll go with the AEM, or K&N cold air intake, followed by the magna spun cats, into an x pipe, then the dual magnaflow muffler's dumped right before the rear axle. then tuned to compensate for the increased airflow both IN and OUT of the engine. anybody agree/ disagree?

WOW, so nobody on here is running a similar set-up, let alone has some feedback on the idea? shy bunch.

i was looking around to see what everybody is running for exhaust. i hate to ask a general question like "WHATS the BEST EXHUAST?" so i've tried to narrow it down a bit and get an opinion on a theory of mine. is anybody running / or have a constructive opinion on using the magnaflow spun cats, into magnaflow mufflers, then exiting out turndowns before the rear axle? i dont think i'm going to put longtubes on, unless anybody has a pair they want to let go of cheap (doubt it). so i'm curious what stock manifolds into mag-spun cats, into the mag mufflers, and out the turn down downs would be like. thanx in advance - john

Does it backfire when he gets on it? did he mod his intake at all?
