    Who are you sending it out to? If im correct some guys will ship you a tuned ecm and you just send your stocker back when you recieve the new one and you get your deposit back.

    No one requested that you get a refund, that's your responsibility and should be dealt with privately. And he is a more stand up guy than you, no one is gonna feel sorry for you if you keep complaining about the same problem over and over again.

     

    do you seriously think this guy makes that much off these with the overhead? with making the only repo one available and with having people have to "seek" him out on another forum to buy one and trying to help un satisfied customers the guy has an A+ in my book. the OP has not asked for a refund and instead wants to bash a product that he got for a reasonable price and even sent back and got fixed/replaced. stop bashing the guy if you do not want or like it. ask him for a refund privately and admit that its not what you thought (a product that can be taken out of box, primed, painted and put on). there is plenty that do want/like what he offers in the condition he offers it. and will continue to buy them from him and do the necessary work to make them work for a fraction of the total cost of a hard to find factory spoiler. grow up and handle this like a adult cause its getting really ridiculous all the bashing when with a little class it could be taken care of professionally. and i see no need to post on multiple threads different stabs at him all over the site. and as for him selling them on here i could never recall a thread from him saying that he offers these for sale and he wants to or even wants to be a vendor. if i broke any rules or offended any mods with this post i am truly sorry.

    My sig can say I'm the president of Apple Inc and I wouldn't have to be a vendor, that's a pretty big stretch to be bitching about. Why didn't you just ask for a refund, which I'm quite certain he would've given you had you not constantly bashed his work on here. Hell, he might still give you a refund!

     

    I doubt he's sold 25 to this site, only a handful of members have the rep wing. And they gave it to their body guy to take care of, did you?

     

    And what does it matter how much money he's made on them? I doubt the materials and labor come out of thin air so saying he's made 60,000 is a null and inaccurate point.

     

     

    Also, still waiting for pictures.

    ^^Fact is your trying to keep your customers happy, so do it and refund him his money. With all the ones you have sold I do not think refunding this one person will set you back, you would probably wind up selling it again to some other person.

     

    The thing that irks me most, you have more wings sold than posts on this website (325 wings to 48 posts). You simply come on here to make money and its pathetic.

     

    Also what issues do the SSS have with the tailgate? Ive owned mine for a while and not one issue with the tailgate.

     

     

    edit - Correct me if I am wrong but if the member states he comes here to sell specific items for profit shouldn't he be a vendor?

    And the OP never said he asked for a refund unless i missed something.

    Not sure what you mean by that but you can change pretty much whatever tables you want (it's not like a handheld tuner, you actually have to know what numbers will do what when you plug them in). If you want more info check out hptuners forum FAQs, good basic info there.

    How does the beta version work? Can you do tuning with it? I downloaded it but since I dont have a cord for the computer to truck I cant really seem to try it out.

     

    The beta does everything the normal version does. You have to buy the software in order to tune anything.
