Holy crap that is some BS!! Sorry to hear that happened to you. One rule of thumb for me anyways is to never meet up with someone you intend to sell to or buy from alone.. always have a buddy or family member with you just in case. Hope the authorities can track them down man best of luck to you.

Does it make the same sound when sitting on a level surface?I would say it's the incline because your tranny is holding your truck on your uphill driveway.. thats why u will hear a thud when releasing from 'park'.

Just saw an imperial blue TBSS being used as a lawn mowing service workhorse.. towing a trailer full of lawn mowing equipment making its rounds. It's bad enough seeing an sSS being used for that but a TBSS??! It absolutely blew my mind. Wish it hadn't been going in the opposite direction so I could have snapped a pic. Just don't know wtf some people are thinking.... gg.

Man I sure hate to here that. Hope you get it back as soon as possible. Houston is pretty bad about stolen trucks thats why I keep mine in the garage. Did you have any type of anti-theft device on it? Reason why I ask is because I have a Viper alarm & if you did too then I would be alot more cautious when going out parking it somewhere.

I was watching some of the broadcast driver interviews next to their motorhomes in the rain. They were interviewing some young driver don't remember which one it was & he was a driver for Ford... but right next to him was an Intimidator SS Silverado you could see the badging on the side. It was dropped looked like a 3/4 with billet grille inserts they didn't pan out enough to where you could see the front bumper ducts / license plate though. I bet it was his haha. Did anyone else catch it??

Sorry to hear & see those pics of your truck. Best thing is that you walked away. Sadly had to be some idiot ram driver that literally ram'd you. You will find another one just be patient.. I literally waited months til I found my perfect SS.. the wait was worth it so don't settle for another SS in piss poor condition. But glad your ok man that's what matters the most.

Yup. That's what those hot & sunny summertime days here in Houston will do to your dashboard. I plan on getting it repaired very soon though along with a 4/6 drop, new paintjob, & some american racing torque thrust 2 20's all around. Just got tailgate, antenna, & bedrail holes shaved; also had some mid length headers installed too. But yeah the cracks are pretty bad though for sure I know.

Spotted this gem today.. didn't even have an converted escalade front end on it. Even worse after that I spotted a Honda motorcyle with a Camaro SS badge on it. It read ' Honda SS ' ( the small red SS logo ). I got a pic you can't even see it but believe me it's there. Also the guy riding it was wearing a Harley Davidson jacket, I mentioned it was a Honda already didn't I ?? Oh & nevermind those cracks in the dash I was driving my '92 OBS silverado.

Yeah I just don't see why people put the badging on when it very clearly isn't an SS. Well done clones are a different story, I don't have any problem with those at all cause visually most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But this truck = WTF ??It offends me as a car guy. It offends me as an SS owner.
