  4. Here are some pics of setup. I went with 3" from X-pipe to two 12" Borla XR1 mufflers over axle dumped. It's too Fugin loud and raspy, I may add 2 more of the same mufflers in line with others, what do you guys think? Is the length of pipe after mufflers over axle making raspy worse? Here are some pics of setup.

I also went with the ARH headers and plan to go dual 3" all the way out. The build quality is outstanding and I can't wait to install them.
  5. I just got finished putting AR Header 1 7/8 headers on truck and I'm heading to exhuast shop in the a.m. and have a few questions.

My truck is 2006 Sierra Denali with LQ9 and I will be running TVS 1900 with cam. I'm adding Magnaflow X-Pipe to 3" Borla XR-1 mufflers that I already have, but I'm unsure on diameter after mufflers? What are the advatages and disadvantages with running 3" or 2.5" after mufflers?

  6. Do you guys think N/A setup that I listed will run solid 13's?

I say put on what you have. So many put off building their truck for future plans and never end up doing what they wanted anyway so they drive the truck for a year or two slower than it could be with parts they already have. Do the cam and heads with a good converter. It'll be lots of fun.
  7. Do you think this combo will be worth the effort or see below?

    2006 Denali LQ9 AWD

317's milled .40 ported and polished. I have these from previous build but need new springs and valves.

    Comp XR275HR 222/224 .566 .568 112. I have from previous build new in box.

    AEM Intake Have now

    (2) Borla XR-1 3"in out Have now

PI 2800 Vig 10.5 Triple Disc. Need to buy?

    ARH 1 3/4 or 1 7/8? I bought the 1 7/8 but I may swap for 1 3/4.

    Or wait when money permits,

LFE GT2-3 and run n/a until FI purchase.

    TVS1900

    Stock 317's with springs

Keep in mind trans is stock with the exception of servos.

My goals are solid 12's with forced induction or solid 13's with N/A, would gains from FI be worth the money spent vs. the parts I have in hand?

  8. I have a set of heads from previous build that included stock lq4 heads milled .40, ported and polished, and 3 angle valve job. I want to use these heads on my 2006 Denali with LQ9 but I'm unsure of compression ratio. Will I be safe on pump fuel still with the increased compression from lq4 to lq9?

  9. This was installed on my Denali and I decided to lift for a change. My good friend has the same stuff on SS and rides great also as mine did.

I am curious why are you selling ??

the reason i ask is i have the same kit and will be installing it soon .
