  1. would the 08 or newer denali t case fit on a 08 4wd silvy?
  2. and there is no way to get an 08 awd is there? thanks yall
  3. would a awd t case work from an 07ss or prior work on a new 4wd 08 silvy?
  4. if i had a silverado z71 4wd, how hard would it be to do a awd? is it just a computer change along with a transfer case change? any one have any ideer what it would take to do this mod? thaks yall.
  5. i assume ur truck is red, even if it isnot that looks sick. When i get mine im going flat black tho. Looks good tho bud, nice job.
  6. honestly, i dont believe it. Sorry for breaking your heart automaker, but it has no mud on it, nor does the mud show any tracks coming up from the whole. Sorry another faker. Now show me piks of it down there, then i might be as shriek said it, a believer. Sorry folks, im not sold.
  7. so people make meth, smoke meth, and race meth. Glad we covered that. lol so you can boost fine without it at say 5 to 8 psi on a front mount turbo and just run higher octane gas?
  8. ok so i understand now. Thanks yall.
  9. i also contacted nelsonperformance.com like somone on here recommended and this is what i asked him: I have a 6.0 awd silverado ss. I want a turbo kit installed and i first started poking around at a rear mounted turbo kit. Then with plenty of research, i realized i wanted a hi mount kit. So now i have a few questions. What does your turbo kit include parts wize? Also what is the total whp for that awd truck and what would the total hp be on the transfer case on that awd truck? I am worried about the hp and the stress that the transfer case will endure.Thank you for your time. And this is what he emailed back: Hi, thanks for contacting us!We offer the front mount kit and it’s complete as far as having the turbo kit function, however, you’ll need a fuel pump and larger injectors. The kit doesn’t come with an intercooler kit, but we do offer an intercooler kit. You can see some of the pics at nelsonperformance.comI can have Lisa send you a quote on the kit.The kit will add about 140hp to the wheels. I would suggest you upgrade the transmission with a Transgo shiftkit and servo, which we can provide as well. The transfer case will be strong enough. The transmission will break before the transfer case, I know that’s not good news, haha, but the transfer case is pretty strong. How would yall who read this say to this and how acurate is this. And is the transfer case really that strong? Thanks again yall.
  10. while running a oil catch can and releasing the crankcase gases into the air, how does this affect the engine? Is it safe to do for your engine or do you have long term effects.
  11. hi yall, when yall use meth, how does it that work. Can some one explain how they ran meth, where they ran it and how it works and what it does. I hear people saying they use it but i have no idea on how meth works. Also how comparable is this to nos and what is better meth or nos.
  12. What does your bowties look like? and what are these inserts yall are talking about.
  13. This is what they guy from trick turbo said:"Nicolas, thank you for inquiring about our products. TrickPerformanceProducts builds the only front mount turbo kit with a 1 year warranty and all stainless steel construciton. For your 6.0L I would recommend the 76mm turbo, good for 650+hp to the ground with supporting mods and high boost levels.Want more power no problem, we just need to get a larger turbo in place. This kit would have a very large air/air intercooler, and all the piping hot and cold side. 38mm waste gate, and 50mm blow off valve. Our kits use all black silicone couplers, with stainless steel Tbolt clamps. All the cold pipes have beed rolls on the ends to keep piping together. No blowing off or seporating our cold side.Kit price with intercooler is 5400.00 and Trick will cover the freight." The deal is that i still wanna only push 500-600 hp and be able to pull a car. Im still waiting on a response form the other guy. but if you have any ideers let me know. thanks yall.
  14. When i plan on doing a turbo kit, i wanna do some small engine upgrades. The biggest one right now is the cam. I was told to do z06 cam upgrade. is this the one i wanna go with or do i need a different one? If you have any ideers on any more important upgrades or suggestions just let me know. Thanks again yall.
  15. Thanks thats awesome to know. I think im gonna do tbss upgrade if thats what u wanna call it. I was also wondering what tranny the tbss has. Is there any difference between them and if they are different, which one is better? I wanna do a corvette servo and a shift kit. After my turbo kit and the tranny upgrades, the whp and the hp at the transfercase might be too much so i might need and upgrade and was wondering if a tbss tranny was any better? Thanks yall for your info.
