when i drive and my headlights are on, they tend to flicker as well as the inside gauge cluster. it happens mostly when i accelerate. i replaced the battery..went away for a bit, but still flickers...can any one help?

i drive a 05 silverado ss. of course i run 93 octane gas..evertime i fill my the truck up with gas, it always reads differently..sometimes it will read 274 miles and sometimes 294..also my mpg goes from 8.5 to 14 miles..and is always constaly moving..normal driving..is this normal can it be corrected? thanks..
