  1. or for the coolant by pass just get the front steam line for the 2008 silverado.
  2. rotors do warp. it only takes .0008 thousandths of an inch to create a brake pulsation. it can be caused by several factors over tightening of the wheels on the vehicle, shall i say HEAVY braking, or hot rotors and going through a water. try to put your hand by the brakes after a spirited driving session but don't touch unless you want blisters on your hands.
  3. the washers you are talking about are only used during assembly of the car or truck. they don't need to be replaced .

  6. ok summit says on their site nitto 420's aren't directional. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NIT-202060 the shop that aligned your truck should have given you a sheet that shows the alignment specifications on your truck. i rember the cross caster on my 2003 rcsb was more than half a degree to compinsate for road crown. the cross camber shouldn't be more than half a degree may cause a pull to the side with the most positive camber. toe should be equal from side to side ie 0.0 left 0.0 right agin i don't remember the exact specs but most have a slight amout of toe in to compinsate for when the vehicle starts moving the tire will be pushed back a little. i hope this helps.
  7. if your tires are not directional and the alignment is ok cross rotate the front tires and see if the pull goes the other direction. if it does the tires have a conicity problem. the easiest way to explain conicity is if you take a foam coffe cup and roll it on its side it wont roll straight.
  8. 03 have disc brakes all the way around and have a 5 line set ,05-06 have drums in the rear and only need 3 lines.

  12. what are they for the Z06 calipers when i get around to installing them? thanks
  13. what were the part numbers?
  14. if you are going to put your brake lines on i suggest that you use a pedal depressor to push the brake pedal down about one inch. this will help the loss of brake fluid. it's just like if you took a straw and put it in a glass of fluid and put a finger on top of the straw.
  15. did you use the Proportioning Valve Depressor J-39177? here is a link to one on amazon i found so you know what it looks like. http://www.amazon.com/Proportioning-Valve-...s/dp/B000K1FVLW
