He should be able to tell if the cam is off a degree or two.

He hasn't been able to diagnose the problem from his logging?

It happens more often than one would think that the cam isn't lined up properly. Have seen many a person say it is definitely lined up, only for it to be off by a smidgen. The only way to tell is by looking at the dots and double checking. Do you have a log of it?

With that cam, you definitely would have lost boost, but not that much. Did you check to make sure that the cam was installed straight up?
