With all the negative talk about the updated 'terms and conditions' usage of OnStar, how does one disable the unit? Where is it located? Thanks

So, I go out to the truck this morning and a noise is coming from under the truck. I start her up and the ABS Light is on. So I pull the 60A fuse on the ABS and of course the noise goes away. Eventually, playing with the fuse to turn the ABS on and off stopped the noise under the truck with the engine off. The noise sounded like a pump. Do you think the ABS unit is bad? Thanks for any info you can give me. Art '03 Blk SS in Maine
